5 terraces with sea view to copy
With or without a swimming pool, terraces with breathtaking views of the sea offer privileged moments to escape, in landscapes where nature dominates.

Reflective white
On the Riviera, interior architect Jean-Charles Tomas has reinterpreted the seaside spirit of this villa with swimming pool facing the Mediterranean Sea in neutral tones and materials. On the outdoor terrace, the white of the building's stone slabs and the outdoor furniture blend together. The table and chairs were designed by Richard Schultz.

In suspension
In the Maybourne hotel in Monaco, terraces are to be found on every floor, to take advantage of the sublime views of the Mediterranean Sea, such as that of Mauro Colagreco's starred Ceto restaurant. Designed as part of architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte's remarkable project, the building, which is at one with the cliff, seems to be suspended in the void.

In Ibiza, an unusual terrace
In this house set on a rock, architect Luis Laplace has integrated the surrounding nature into the project. By imagining a terrace unlike any other, made of a smooth concrete slab facing the sea, he created unexpected sequences in keeping with the mineral aspect of the island. It extends around the house with identical treatment of the interior and exterior floors. The outdoor furniture is by Mathieu Matégot (1950s).

Protection from the sun
To let the beautiful landscape and the vernacular architecture speak for itself, the Styletto outdoor furniture collection from Royal Botania is discreetly placed on the stone terrace. The tapered legs and aluminium structure subtly underline the soft, contemporary lines of this villa. This outdoor trend is confirmed in the design of the collection designed by Kris Van Puyvelde, which is available as a lounge chair, sofa, chair, armchair and high or low table.

The sea as a horizon
The remarkable villa Enyalos is one of the beautiful villas for rent on the island of Tinos for a dream holiday. At any time of the day, the sea view is omnipresent and offers its spots in many places, on the terrace and the dining room for lunch in the shade or by the pool.
